Whistleblowing Reports

Colpack S.r.l., in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 30, 2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree), has established an internal reporting channel that allows individuals to report, in writing or orally and with the utmost confidentiality, violations of national or European Union regulations of which they have become aware within their work context at the Company.

Reports are received and managed by an independent external party, specifically trained in this field, ensuring full protection and confidentiality of both the identity of the reporting individuals and the content of the reports.
